Roseanne Barr Running For President, AND Prime Minister Of Israel… Seriously!

Ladies and gentlemen, meet your newest 2012 Presidential candidate: Roseanne Barr!  …Seriously.

Barr announced her candidacy for the Green Party nomination Thursday via Twitter saying:

I am running for Green Party nominee for POTUS. I am an official candidate. I am4 the Greening of America&the world. Green=peace/justice

Barr launched a series of tweets about what it is that she wants to do as President.

More bizarre, perhaps, than the Tweets, was the YouTube video of her announcement.  Barr’s scratching voice made her announcement shouting through a megaphone.  In addition to announcing her candidacy for President, she also announced that she was running for Prime Minister of Israel.

In addition to lambasting men and promoting programs for women, she speaks of the merging of Capitalism and Socialism called “People-ism”.  She also suggests the return of The Guillotine for executions…. SERIOUSLY!

    Dang. I inadvertently stumbled on her website last week only to discover she was going to run and hoped no one would notice. What is scary is that she will get votes from people who procreate.
