Romney Promises A 20 Percent Tax Cut… For All

Mitt Romney is out trying to rally votes in the Wild, Wild West.  Today, the former Massachusetts governor was at the Tri-City Christian Academy in Chandler, Arizona.  During the course of his 20 minute speech, Romney began by lambasting President Obama for the first 5 minutes before swerving into his policy plans.

Romney was scarce with the ever-important “how” he would implement this tax policy, and other proposals that he mentioned.
