this law be abused? The US is NOT a battle field.

The Constitution does not allow the military to

operate domestically. Ala Woodrow Wilson this would

lead to political prisoners. At no time, including

wartime, has the military been used as law
enforcement. Thank you Republicans for putting Americans in danger of false detention and taking away due process. Now we know who not to re-elect.
