"As winter weather comes in for the long haul, it seems the movement would face 2 options, it either dies out or revs up by becoming violent and [even more] lawless." According to who? Sorry, there are numerous options. Just one is that an army of hard-core youth continue tent occupations (wherever they can and do) heavily supported by donations and reinforcements/replacements while the movement's far more numerous supporters, who are not in tents and not impacted by weather, continue to successfully recruit and organize through high visibility events at a national scale. The rest of your article's premise falls apart after that. At some point conservatives might do well for themselves in considering the framework that Occupy is actually organized under. Or not - perhaps denial is not only a hallmark but germane to core principals? Keep your eyes on Oakland today as snow sits on tents elsewhere.
