WoW! Awesome powerful political cartoon! So true! Was there any doubt the Republicans were going to get blamed? No matter if they stuck to their principles or sold out. I guess a lot of the Republican establishment types thinks it’s not wise to appease our foreign enemies, but somehow you get a different result if you appease our domestic enemies. I think the Democrats are a bigger threat to America, freedom, truth and liberty than any foreign enemies.
I think it is the “Good Old Boys” establishment Republicans that put themselves on the chopping block with the voters.
The media, including Fox News, helped Obama and the Democrats with the lie that we were going to default. There would not have been a default without a debt ceiling raise. The government still takes in enough tax revenue to pay the interest on its debts, keep social security running, pay the military, etc.
Default Avoided? Are you a MORON, Antonio? How does one avoid default by SPENDING MORE MONEY?
And a third branch of Congress… SUPER CONGRESS? Can you say DICTATORSHIP???
If the Founding Fathers were around, they’d slap you upside the head a few times then realize it’s POINTLESS!
