Proving That a Progressive Liberal is an Anarchist

Sheila Jackson Lee (demonRAT/TX) is often notable for her outrageous rants accusing traditional valued Americans of racism. She is a champion of ‘individual’ rights, but strangely not a champion of the Rule of Law which this society…OUR society, is based upon. Never was this made more obvious that by her opening statement in this video. Please pay close attention to what she says in her opening comment. This broad has either such an erroneous idea of what this country is all about or is a committed anarchist. I say that, because if one follows her beliefs they come full circle to be the ramblings of one dedicated to anarchism. Anarchism is what you have among the masses when they realize that they’ve been duped into accepting a socialist type rule and that socialism never works for the general population, onlyfor the ruling elite.

[sarcasm]Another liberal who cannot differentiate between the meaning of the words “legal” and “illegal”.[/sarcasm] Of course they can, but choose not to and in so doing reveal themselves as being completely disingenuous. There is NO getting around that truth. The basic facts are indefensible.

What is generally known as ObamaCare is a favorite catch-all subject for Lee’s flights of fancy into the meanings of words and phrases. A shining example is her brief dissertation upon when a penalty is not a penalty. In applying that to the proposed $750 fine* contained in the health-care law for people failing to carry a government-approved health insurance policy here is her explanation:

“I would make the argument, one, that instead it is an incentive to do right — that it is not penalizing because penalty is punishment,” Jackson-Lee told the Judiciary Committee. She’ll then probably have her faith in the police restored when the next time a cop tickets her for speeding he explains it thusly…’Not to worry. This is not a fine or penalty, but merely an incentive to have you drive slower.’

“You’re not punished if you have health insurance, in fact. And so you are, in fact, incentivized to have health insurance, rather than take the negative which is to suggest that because we have a penalty you are being punished,” Rep. Jackson-Lee said.”  Source: Michelle Malkin

Having to pay money for not having done something legislated in law is a punitive consequence for failing to comply with that law. It is not an incentive to do anything. If it were an incentive and also didn’t comply with the law it would be called a bribe.

Of course, this all becomes a distraction when balanced against the “waivers” this administration has started granting to get around their own law. You see, these genius doofii, so confident and full of themselves, crafted in advance the most complicated construction of a piece of legislation ever I would submit with one purpose in mind. To confuse and totally dispirit those trying to comprehend it. Now from that tangled web they have to find some ways to get around their own bad regulations they built into the law. And here she goes off on terrorism in America with so much inane babble one wonders how in the name of human intelligence has this maleficent abomination earned two college degrees. A sad commentary upon our educational system and how the demonRATs have perverted it since the LBJ era.

With Lee one could go on with her own word commentary on Vietnam and the KKK and abortion rights and more ad nauseum. That a body of citizens of this once great nation would see fit to send a dolt like this to represent them is paving the road to anarchy with that most necessary ingredient. Stupidity!
