Just like China getting the biggest oil contracts in Afghanistan after we spent billions in cash and soldiers lives to oust the other Hussein Tyrant. This is what happens when an incompetent bunch of radical Socialists take over your government.

Every time I think about the U.S. giving Brazil money to drill for oil it makes my blood boil but to know they are turning around and letting China get that oil is a slap in the face.
