    I agree that we have yet to see the true of Obama’s decisions that he is making. However, taking advantage of the pell grant is one of the best things I have done.

      I agree that the Pell grant is a useful tool for making education available to those that might not otherwise be able to afford it. My concern isn’t the raising of the grant maximum. I think Obama is making a mistake funding the Pell increase by dissolving traditional student loans making it more-difficult for the majority of Americans to fund college.

  2. Wish I could believe in anything Obama says about education. But the claims are almost blatantly empty. Improve education k-12? Of course. That’s the goal. But how do you intend to do it? As long as the Education Establishment is focused on social engineering, no improvement will occur. If Obama hails a facts-and-knowledge curriculum, then we could be hopeful.
